Everyone is invited to join us for a Christmas Eve run. The holidays will be busy, so don't miss a chance to get in a run before we all start to overeat and take long trips. I pushed the start back to 7:30 again assuming that many of you wanted to get back to your families.
As always,
review the routes. The 13.4 miles is the "dead end route" (same as last week). It has Four dead ends and one lollipop loop. This route can easily be shortened to any distance by dropping off the deadends. I will put out fluids unless someone else speaks up. PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU ARE RUNNING.
