I know I have been bad about getting the group runs posted timely. I am hoping that everyone's running is still going well. Lets try to get back on track tomorrow and have a good turnout to run. Because it is cold, I even backed up the start time to give you all some extra sleep.As always, review the routes. the 13 miler is not a normal route for us and does not hit fluids until Mile 7. This works well on days when it is colder, and gives us some new scenery. I will put out fluids unless someone else speaks up. PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU ARE RUNNING. If you are starting earlier, try to be back at the Teeter at 8:00 am.
Don't forget that the Sweetheart 5k opens tomorrow for registration too.

I plan to start earlier and run about 14-15 miles at a snail's pace. Will be at the Teeter at 8:00.

Ghilonis are all in...I am doing 13ish...slow.
I'm there for 13, at a 10-min pace.
I'll bring the water and sports drinks.
I plan to run 8 miles at a slow and easy pace...around 10ish pace. I have to start early though. Will still meet at the Teeter at 8. I did a hill workout today so let's hope my legs are up for it. :)

I plan on running about 6 miles or so--maybe 8. Plan on starting around 7:00 a.m. We'll see if I can drag myself out of bed on time.
