Good Luck at Beaufort!

Steve, Amber, and John S. are all heading to Beaufort this weekend to race in the 30th Annual Historic Beaufort Rad Race. This is one of the longest running races in North Carolina, and has both a 5k and 10k. The RMEC runners will take on the 10k. I hope the heat holds back for you all. Good luck!

Actually, I'm going to run the 5K since I'm running the 10K at Ford's Colony.

Didn't run a good race, but still set a PR - 23:50.

Thanks, y'all. I saw Amber and John there--as well as Joe Bunn and Tavener Parker.

No comment from Jon and I ... LOL!

It was a terrible race for both of us. The humid, thick sea air was like a wet blanket. Very difficult to breathe and just an overall bad run.

But, we still love Beaufort and I'm sure we'll run it again!
