This weekend Ursula, Cliff, and his son are competing in the Tri Roanoke Valley Sprint Triathlon. Cliff is a veteran of triathlons, so this is just a tune up race for his upcoming Half Ironman at White Lake, and his full Ironman at the end of the year.This will be Ursula's first triathlon, and also a tune up for her lake swim in the White Lake Sprint in May. There may be others racing this weekend as well. Good luck to everyone!
