I am trying to get an idea of how many people to except at the core strengthening clinic tomorrow night. Please RSVP if you will attend. We have come a long way over the last three months with our training. I feel like this clinic could help ensure a good race for each of you if you follow the techniques we will cover. Remember marathon training is more than just strengthening your legs. You have invested too much in your training to start cutting corners.
Stick with your runs. . . try to work in some hill workouts and/or speed. . . eat a smart carb-filled diet (you need it now). . . and stay focused.
